-Challenging conditions for returning Dutch carp angler Arjan Van Der Linde and his son Quinn.

They started their 3-days session last Tuesday and the fishing was really slow, due to the cold temperatures, with only a few Redtails gracing their net in the late afternoon.

Temps dropped even further down at night to 13C degrees for the next days, but they worked hard on their rods, and they got rewarded with 4 Jullien’s Golden Carp (one lovely short body beauty), one of our rare and elusive Catla Carp, one Shark Catfish, 2 Striped Catfish, one Alligator Gar, 6 Redtail Catfish and a bunch of Silver Barb.

Cheers mates, really well done!

Daniel Caine (UK) visited us for one night, the fishing was quite slow as usual in the cool winter season up north, but he managed to catch at least 4 nice Redtails during the day on sausages and a beautiful Siamese Carp in the late afternoon on our homemade 14mm ‘Spicy Fish’N Krill’ boilies. Cheers!

UK carp angler Connor Baines checked in for one night and he was hoping for a Amazonian Redtail catfish, he succeeded in his quest to catch one in the last hour of his session.

Earlier he had some Silver barb, a small Striped catfish and a nice Alligator Gar.

Our carp species were not feeding properly last week.

Mark (UK) made the best out of it and he was fishing mainly with dead baits for our predatory species and he got rewarded for his efforts with 4 nice Redtails on the bank.

In the meantime he enjoyed fishing with a light tackle float rod and managed to catch plenty of Silver barb and Rohu up to 5lb.

Cheers mate!
